WHEREAS, American Hydraulics is requesting to amend their
583 W18666 Saturn Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on March 20, 1990
through Resolution #P.C. 50-90 a Building, Site and Operation
Plan, and
expansion to allow for additional light manufacturing, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting a 2,601 square foot
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan subject to the
following conditions:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
1. Paving of expanded parking area.
2. Screening of outside storage area with fencing
containing privacy slats match the color of existing
structure.
3. Color of building addition to match existing.
4. Submittal of grading and drainage plans to accompany
building permit application.
5. Installation of landscaping as previously approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
from the Building Department prior to any construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated March 25, 1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
