AMENDED
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
BY MICHAEL A. HAESSLY FOR ST. FRANCIS BANK
LOCATED AT S74 W17100 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Michael A. Haessly submitted, on March 23, 1994, an
amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow the
expansion of existing drive-through facilities at St Francis
Bank on Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The expansion of said facilities will result in the
substantial loss of trees and shrubs, and
WHEREAS, There currently exist traffic congestion problems
on Lannon Drive which are partially attributable to customer
traffic associated with St. Francis Bank and the mall common
access drive, and
WHEREAS, A site plan has been submitted which serves to
address/minimize the above described site deficiencies.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site, and Operation Plan subject to
implementation of on-site and off-site improvements as
identified on the site plan received March 23, 1994, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all on-site and off-site
improvements (i.e. landscaping, median work, catch basin
installation, grading, driveway modifications, access drive
widening, traffic circulation signage, etc.) be installed by St.
Francis Bank prior to final inspection for occupancy/operation
of the canopy addition, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any catch basin work within the
right-of-way of Lannon Drive is subject to the review and
within Lannon Drive right-of-way are subject to Public Safety
approval of the City Engineer and Public Works Committee. Signs
