APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO LOTS BY
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 22, 1994, for a
Land Division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for Rudy
Raab by Jahnke L Jahnke, and
District and Lot 1 will have access to the property from WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
Challenger Drive and Saturn Drive and utilities available from
same, Lot 2 will have access to the property and utilities from
Saturn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section
16 for Rudy Raab and recommend approval to the Common Council.
