PCR1994064RESOLUTION #P.C. 64-94 APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT RAISED LETTER SIGN FOR THE MUSKEGO APOSTOLIC TABERNACLE LOCATED AT ,583 W20778 JANESVILLE ROAD permanent non-illuminated raised letter wall sign located at 583 WHEREAS, The Muskego Apostolic Tabernacle has requested a W20778 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the south side of the building, and WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 5% of the wall area which meets the allowance of the RS-Z/OHS Zoning District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District), and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign on the south side for the Muskego Apostolic Tabernacle located S83 W20778 Janesville Road subject to the requirements of the RS-Z/OHS Zoning District not exceed five percent of the wall area on which the sign is to (refer to the B-2 Zoning District) which stipulate that the sign be located and that the signs be in conformance with the submitted sketches. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the sign.
