APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
MELVIN & DELORES NIEMANN LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF
SECTION 13, TOWN OF WATERFORD
division was submitted by Melvin & Delores Niemann in the NW
1/4 of Section 13, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) parcel
land division by Melvin & Delores Niemann located in the NW 1/4
of Section 13, in the Town of Waterford.
