BEIRER'S LOCATED AT 564 W13896 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Mr. Beirer's has requested one permanent two sided
internally illuminated sign 4' X 8' located at 564 W13896
Janesville Road, and
would be 60', and
WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Janesville Road
center line of Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be installed 67' from the
32 square feet which meets the allowance of the B-2 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign as presented by petitioner totals
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
permanent two sided internally illuminated sign 4' x 8' for Mr.
Bierer located at S64 W13896 Janesville Road subject to the
requirements of the B-2 Zoning District.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior
