PCR1994060APPROVAL OF 28' X 96' GREENHOUSE FOR PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ

LOCATED AT W129 S8642 DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Ruszkiewicz is requesting to add a 28' X 96'
greenhouse at W129 S8642 Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned R-2 and with a variance through
the Plan Commission this building would be allowed, and
WHEREAS, Adjoining property owners have been notified of
this proposed building.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
approve the 28' X 96' pole building in an R-2 Zoning District in
a predominately undeveloped area in accordance with Section
17:8.01 (7) B 2 subject to successful resolution of concerns as
identified by the Plan Commission and Plan Department.
