WHEREAS, A Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted
on March 1, 1994 by Frank Balistreri, and
WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately 1
acre, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from Mercury Drive
and Enterprise Drive and access to public sewer and water
appears to be available from Mercury Drive and Enterprise Drive.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
