BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK, (LOT 2 OF CSM - MERCURY DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted
on March 1, 1994 by Frank Balistreri, and
WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately 1
acre, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned 1-1 Zoning District,
and
and access to public sewer and water appears to be available
from Mercury Drive.
WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from Mercury Drive
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan for Frank Balistreri
subject to satisfactory resolution of concerns as identified by
the Plan Commission and Plan Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated received March 1, 1994, be kept on file in
the Building Department.
