APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THREE LOTS BY
BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
JAHNKE & JAHNKE FOR FRANK BALISTRERI IN THE MUSKEG0
Division for three lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for Frank Balistreri by Jahnke
& Jahnke, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March, 1994, for a Land
District and Lot 1 will have access to the property from
mercury Drive and Saturn Drive and utilities available from
Mercury and Lot 3 will have access to the property from Mercury
same, Lot 2 will have access to the property and utilities from
Drive and Enterprise Drive and utilities will be available from
same.
WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for three lots in the SW 1/4 of Section
16 for Frank Balistreri and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to the conditions as contained in Resolution
P.C. 55-94.
