APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE LOTS BY
1/4 OF SECTION 16 (ENTERPRISE, SATURN h MERCURY DRIVE)
JAHNKE h JAHNKE FOR FRANK BALISTRERI LOCATED IN THE IN THE SW
Division of three lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for Frank
Balistreri by Jahnke h Jahnke, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 1, 1994, for a Land
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create three lots of

WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum lot
size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150
