APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY T.D.I.
RESOLUTION P.C. 54-94
ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PLUM CREEK EAST APARTMENTS (EIGHT
FAMILIES) LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #761 which
granted in concept RS-2/0PD Zoning District and the Common
Council through Ordinance #E30 granted the RS-2/OPD Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and
the road pattern to access the site, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires all eight (8) families
to provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and
recycling bin for each building, and
family lots on Lots 1-7, and
WHEREAS, The site plan indicates all seven (7) of the eight
WHEREAS, The site plan indicated two different buildings
will be built on the seven sites, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a previous Building,
Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 212-93 on
December I, 1993, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) March
Building, Site and Operation Plan approved through Resolution
4, 1994 and upon that approval the previously approved
#P.C. #212-93 becomes null and void.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
the Plan Commission and Planning Department as they relate to
satisfactory resolution of site deficiencies identified by the
structure setbacks and offsets, fire access, landscaping, and
structure heights, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated received March 4, 1994, be kept on file in
the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and
Operation Plan is approved and a revised landscape plan must be
submitted, reviewed and approved by the Plan Commission with a
landscape bond by the April 5, 1994 Plan Commission meeting and
no occupancy will be granted until all landscaping is completed.
