OF MUSKEG0 (BOEHM PROPERTY) WOODS ROAD & JANESVILLE ROAD RESOLUTION #P.C. 53-94 THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING property in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 from RS-3 to RSM for the WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone the purpose of development of 19 acre parcel, and WHEREAS, This property is directly north of commercial development and residential development, bordered on the west by multi-family, bordered on the north by residential development residential development which is mixed single family and which is a single family residential area and residential with overlay of Institutional and Public Service, and bordered on the east by residential zoned land but currently used as agriculture land, and WHEREAS, These properties are depicted on the future land use map as medium density residential, and WHEREAS, This rezoning represents a transition and buffer between high density/intensity land uses to the west and southwest and medium density/intensity residential land use to the east, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled to be held before the Common Council on Tuesday, March 22, 1994, at 7:20 p.m. to consider the petition. in effect subject to the development of the proposed senior citizen housing at this location within sixteen (16) months, and WHEREAS, At the request of the petitioner, this zoning is WHEREAS, The Plan Commission agrees that the proposed Senior Citizen Housing is an appropriate use for said property and said approval does not obligate the Plan Commission to approve the rezoning of any adjoining or neighboring properties to the RSM Zoning District, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council that the rezoning request from RS-3 to RSM be approved for the property in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for the Senior Citizen Housing Development Corp. of Muskego (Boehm Property).
