RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM W-WETLAND TO
RS-3/0LS IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 9, PAUL DeANGELIS, SR
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted to rezone the
property in the NW 1/4 of Section 9 from W-Wetland to RS-3/0LS
for an existing home, and
Little Muskego Lake and on the west by medium density
development of RS-3/0LS zoning, and
WHEREAS, This property is surrounded on three sides by
WHEREAS, These properties are recognized on the future land
use map contained in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan as medium
density residential, a recognition that anticipates RS-3 and
other residential zonings, and
WHEREAS, Over 75% of the properties surrounding Little
Muskego Lake are zoned RS-3/0LSI and
WHEREAS, This rezoning represents a land use designation
consistent with the existing use of the subject parcel, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled to be held before
the Common Council on Tuesday, April 12, 1994, at 7:25 p.m. to
consider the petition, and
Common Council on Tuesday March 22, 1994 at 7:25 P.M. to
consider a petition to amend the Official Floodplain Zoning Map
to remove the floodplain designation from subject lands,
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing is scheduled to be held before the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council that the rezoning request from W-Wetland
to RS-3/0LS be approved for the property in the NW 1/4 of
Section 9 for the Paul DeAngelis, Sr. Property.
