FLOODPLAIN ZONING ORDINANCE, W187 S7160 GOLD DRIVE
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
(PAUL DeANGELIS PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, The Paul DeAngelis has petitioned to amend Chapter
remove land from the regulated flood hazard area, and

WHEREAS, The Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on
the City of Muskego does hereby recommend that the Common
Council amend Chapter 14, Section 1.5(2), The Floodplain Zoning
Ordinance, regarding the Official Floodplain Zoning Map as
requested by the petitioner (W187 57160 Gold Drive).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of
approve the amendment to Chapter 14, the Municipal Code of the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That should the Common Council
City would be amended and the information required by Chapter
NR 116 will be forwarded to the Department of Natural Resources
for their approval and that the change to the Official
Floodplain Map does not become effective until approved by the
Department of Natural Resources and the Federal Emergency
Management Agency.
