PCR1994051RECOMMENDATION TO AMEND CHAPTER 14, SECTION 1.5(2), RESOLUTION #P.C. 51-94 FLOODPLAIN ZONING ORDINANCE, W187 S7160 GOLD DRIVE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, (PAUL DeANGELIS PROPERTY) WHEREAS, The Paul DeAngelis has petitioned to amend Chapter remove land from the regulated flood hazard area, and 14, Section 1.5(2) of the City's Municipal Code in order to Code, provides criteria for redelineation or rezoning floodplain districts, and WHEREAS, Chapter NR 116.11(3), Wisconsin Administrative WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is requesting an Official where this amendment does not become effective until it has Floodplain Zoning Map Amendment pursuant to NR 116.21 (6), and been approved by the Department of Natural Resources and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and this matter on March 22, 1994, at 1:25 P.M. to consider a petition to amend said Chapter 14. WHEREAS, The Common Council will hold a Public Hearing on the City of Muskego does hereby recommend that the Common Council amend Chapter 14, Section 1.5(2), The Floodplain Zoning Ordinance, regarding the Official Floodplain Zoning Map as requested by the petitioner (W187 57160 Gold Drive). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of approve the amendment to Chapter 14, the Municipal Code of the BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That should the Common Council City would be amended and the information required by Chapter NR 116 will be forwarded to the Department of Natural Resources for their approval and that the change to the Official Floodplain Map does not become effective until approved by the Department of Natural Resources and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
