PCR1994049AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 49-94 APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT TWO SIDED SIGN FOR WARREN RUSS LOCATED AT S65 W13964 JANESVILLE ROAD sided internally illuminated sign 4' X 8' located at 565 W13964 WHEREAS, Mr. Warren Russ has requested one permanent two Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Janesville Road would be 60', and WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be installed at the 60' setback location, and WHEREAS, The proposed sign as presented by petitioner totals 32 square feet which meets the allowance of the B-2 Zoning District, and permanent two sided internally illuminated sign 4' x 8' for Warren THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Russ located at S65 W13964 Janesville Road subject to the requirements of the B-2 Zoning District. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Prior to the issuance of a sign permit, a landscape plan shall be submitted for approval illustrating the treatment of the base of the sign. Said landscape plan shall be implemented by May 1, 1994. obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior installation BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be of the sign.
