APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
A GREENHOUSE FOR PAUL RUSZKIEWICZ
LOCATED AT W129 58642 DURHAM DR
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul Ruszkiewicz of W129 S8642 Durham Dr. is
Operation Plan to construct a 28 X 96 greenhouse on his
requesting approval of a Conceptual Building, Site and
property, and
R-2 and
WHEREAS, His property consists of 1.3 acres of land zoned
WHEREAS, Spring bedding plants would be grown and would
retail at various locations throuhout the area, no sales would
occur at this location.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
Conceptual Building, Site and Operation plan located at W129
58642 Durham Dr. for a 28 X 96 greenhouse on 1.3 acres of land
for Mr. Paul Ruszkiewicz.
