RESOLUTION #P.C. 45-94
WHEREAS, Mr. Dennis Kuchler from The Muskego Post Office is
requesting to amend the building, site and operation plan for
the property located in the Parkland Plaza located at 574 W17000
Janesville Rd., and
WHEREAS, The property is Zoned B-4/0PD and is the site of
The Muskego Post Office, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on November 7, 1978
Operation Plan for this property for the purpose of constructing
through Resolution #P.C. 197-78 an Amended Building, Site and
a United States Post Office, subject to the condition that the
area to the North be properly landscaped and the garbage
containers be properly screened, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner stated that the United States Postal
Service will be placing vehicles for the use of mail delivery at
the Muskego Office , and
WHEREAS, The vehicles are manufactured by Grumann, and are
between 1/4 - 1/2 ton capacity, and
WHEREAS, Initially 10 vehicles will be supplied which will
eventually be expanded to 15, and
WHEREAS, Parking will be on the north side of the parking
lot, east of the light pole, and
WHEREAS, The spaces will be 9' X 20' facing north, and
