SW 1/4 OF SECTION 15 FOR DON MILLER
(WOODS RD & KURTZE LN)
land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 9, 1994, for a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and both parcels appear to meet the lot size
and width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
Road, and
WHEREAS, The lots are proposed to have access from Woods
WHEREAS, The lots currently have the potential for sewer
service from Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, Prior proposals for this property have brought to
light drainage concerns neighboring property owners have.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division for the lot in the NW 1/4 of Section 15 by Don
Miller subject to adequately addressing area drainage concerns
that may be attributable to the development of the proposed
parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
sewer allocations being granted by the Public Utilities
Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper road dedication will
be required at the time of submittal of the Certified Survey
map.
