(JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM)
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 66-91-A, the Plan Commission
granted an expansion to Conditional Use #15 for Johnny's
Petroleum at 576 W17871 Janesville Road subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the 15 vehicles to be stored outside be parked within
the fenced storage area located at the rear of the existing
service station.

and closed on Sunday except for the towed vehicles.
6. That parking blocks or other barriers be established to
prevent vehicles encroaching onto the adjoining Kristin Downs
property.
7. Limit drive-in traffic to the rear lots in the "new" three
(3) lots holding area (for disabled vehicles and vehicles being
serviced).
8. The area to the north will not have restrictions on their
hours.
9. This conditional use grant is subject to yearly review.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the renewal of truck parking for Johnny's Petroleum located
at S76 W17871 Janesville Road subject to the nine conditions
listed above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit is for a one year
period with yearly review by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the yearly review will be held
during the first meeting in March of 1995 and be held the first
meeting of March thereafter.
