OUTLOTS BY INTERLINE SURVEY SERVICES, INC. FOR
LOCATEID IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 4
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on February 3,
two outlot land division at NE 1/4 of Section 9 and SE 1/4 Of
1994, by Interline Survey Services, Inc. for a two parcel and
Section 4, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on July 20, 1993 approved a
Legal Lot Status for this property subject to all the land
transfers being accomplished via Certified Survey Maps
recording and Common Council on July 27, 1993, through
Resolution #185-93 approved said Legal Lot status, and
Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of RS-3/0ED
Plan Commission has the authority to waive the Park Dedication
fees .
WHEREAS, This is a reconfiguration of existing lots and the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division and
two (2) outlot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 and the
SE 1/4 of Section 4 for Alvin Norgal, Sandra Lyman and
Council subject to approval of the City Engineers and payment
Stephen Tr Janice Chrapla and recommend approval to the Common
of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
