WHEREAS, Anderson-Ashton, Inc. is requesting to amend the
Works, Inc. for the property located at 584 W19120 Enterprise
Drive, and
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
through Resolution #P.C. 152-89 a Building, Site and Operation
Plan, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on August 15, 1989
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting a 18,880 square foot
addition to allow for additional manufacturing and storage, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the revised site plan subject to the following:
Obtain all necessary permits from the Building
Department for building plans and signage. Review by
the Plan Commission for any proposed signage is
required prior to the issuance of a sign permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the revised site plan (dated
January 26, 1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
