DISAPPROVAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND
JANESVILLE ROAD
and operation plan for the property located at SI5 W17358
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Jifas is requesting to amend the building, site
WHEREAS, The property is located in a B-4/OED Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on March 3, 1993
through Resolution #P.C. 53-93 an amended Building, Site and
Operation Plan for this property to allow for the modernization
of this building, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting a 2,579 square foot
addition to allow for additional seating and work space, and
WHEREAS, The plan as submitted represents many conflicts
with the Zoning Ordinance with regards to inadequate building
and parking positioning, in addition to potential adverse
impacts on surrounding residential properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapproves without prejudice the revised site plan and directs
Staff to work with the petitioner to resolve conflicts with the
Zoning Ordinance and surrounding properties.
