Resolution #P.C. 207-92 and the Preliminary Plat was approved
WHEREAS, A Sketch for Preliminary Plat was approved through
through Resolution #P.C. 39-93 and the amended Preliminary Plat
was approved through Resolution #P.C. 85-93 and the Preliminary
Plat was approved by the Common Council through Resolution
#71-93, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 39-93, and
will be served by the City water utility, and
WHEREAS, The City approved the sewer REC's and the project
WHEREAS, Certain Lands within the subject plat, involving
and are thus substandard in the RS-2 zoning district.
lots 87, 88 & 89, are not included in the OPD zoning district
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions of the City Planning,
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Building and Parks Departments, the City Engineer, the State of
Protection, Waukesha County Park and Planning, approval of a
Documents, Construction Plans (grading plan) and payment of all
Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or Dedication
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That certain lands within the
subject subdivision, involving lots 87, 88 & 89, shall be
rezoned to RS-2/0PD prior to the issuance of building permits
for said lots.
