APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR APPLETREE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 SECTION 18
(HILLENDALE DRIVE)
#P.C. 24-93 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
Council through Resolution #34-93, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 24-93, and
WHEREAS, The City approved the sewer REC's and the project
will be served by the City water utility, and
WHEREAS, There exists within the boundaries of the proposed
subdivision wetlands as delineated by the Army Corp of
Engineers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions of the City Planning,
Building and Assessor Departments, the City Engineer, the State
of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Protection, approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required
Easement or Dedication Documents, Construction Plans (grading
plan) and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That wetlands, as delineated by the
Army Corp of Engineers as identified on the face of the plat,
shall be rezoned by the subdivider to "W" Wetland District.
