WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 6,
58450 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Lots 1 & 2 meet the requirements of the RS-2
Suburban Residence Zoning District when considering lot area,
and

WHEREAS, It is recognized that unit densities on Lot 1 will

the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of Section 16 for Michael Heise (American
College Apartments) and recommend approval to the Common Council
