APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR ONE LOT BY RUEKERT h
MIELKE FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND WASTE MANAGEMENT OF
WISCONSIN INC. LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 21
1994, by Ruekert h Mielke for the City of Muskego E, Waste
Management of Wisconsin, Inc. for a one lot land division in
the NE 1/4 of Section 18 (Hillendale Drive), and
a sketch for a one lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
28-94, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on February 1, 1994, approved
WHEREAS, The lot meets the requirements of RS-1 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, This property is the proposed location of the City
Water Reservoir, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts Hillendale Drive
with the right-of-way frontage meeting the requirements of the
Land Division Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division in the
NE 1/4 of Section 18 by Ruekert h Mielke for the City of
Muskego and Waste Management of Wisconsin, 1nc.and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
