PCR1994025AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 25-94 SALENTINE FOR HAROLD DEBACK LOCATED IN THE IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR ONE LOT BY WAYNE (Enterprise Drive) Land Division of one lot in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for Harold DeBack by Wayne Salentine, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 21, 1994, for a WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot of approximately 2.41 acres and the remnant parcel will be approximately 7.5 acres, and size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150 and feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning District, WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum lot WHEREAS, The proposed lot will have utilities available from Enterprise Drive and access to the property from Enterprise Drive, and WHEREAS, The lands contained within the boundaries of the parent parcel and proposed sketch contain wetlands as identified will require field delineation, and by the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission which WHEREAS, it is unclear what the intend is for the remnant parcel subsequent to the execution of the eventual Certified Survey Map. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 by Wayne Salentine for Harold DeBack subject to the following conditions: 1. Field identification, and illustration on the Certified Survey Map of wetlands contained within the boundaries of both the parent and proposed parcels as delineated by the Army Corps of Engineers, DNR or SEWRPC.
