RE-APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT OF GOLDEN MEADOWS
SW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWN OF WATERFORD
AT LAKE TICHIGAN ADD'N #2 LOCATED IN THE
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted May 21, 1993, by
Metropolitan Engineering for a 50 lot subdivision located in
the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on June 1, 1993, approved the
Final Plat for a 50 lot subdivision through Resolution #P.C.
117-93 and the Common Council, on June 8, 1993, approved the
Final Plat for a 50 lot subdivision through Resolution #P.C.
149-93, and
which is not recorded within the six month period following the
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Final Plat
approval, and
WHEREAS The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
0 Tichigan Add'n #2 located in the SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town
the Extraterritorial Final Plat of Golden Meadows at Lake
of Waterford and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to payment of all applicable fees.
