APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO LOTS FOR THE CITY
OF MUSKEG0 LOCATED IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK IN
THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 7, 1994, for a
Land Division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by
Ruekert and Mielke which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
18-94, and
1994, by Ruekert and Mielke for a land division in the Muskego
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 7,
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The lot meets the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District and the proposed lots have all utilities and access
available from Enterprise Drive and Lot 2 also has access to
the property from Mercury Drive.
