APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS FOR THE
Land Division for two lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 7, 1994, for a
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
65,340 square feet and a second lot of 209,419 square feet, and WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot of
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of

150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
WHEREAS, The proposed lots have all utilities available
from Enterprise Drive and Lot 1 has access from Enterprise and
Lot 2 has access to the property from Mercury or Enterprise
Drives.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park. 0
