THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
Land Division for three lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by
Ruekert and Mielke which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
16-94, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 7, 1994, for a
1994, by Ruekert and Mielke for a land division in the Muskego
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 7,
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District and the proposed Lots 1 & 2 .have all utilities
available with access to the property from Enterprise Drive and
Lot 2 also has access from Saturn Drive and Lot 3 has all
utilities and access from Saturn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for one parcel in the SE 1/4 of
Common Council.
Section 17 for City of Muskego and recommend approval to the
Plan Commission
