APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR THREE LOTS FOR THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 LOCATED IN THE MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 7, 1994, for a
RESOLUTION #P.C. 16-94
Land Division for three lots in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
Lot 1 at 81,206 square feet, Lot 2 at 87,122 square feet and
Lot 3 at 59,795 square feet, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create 3 lots with
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed Lots 1 & 2 have all utilities
available with access to the property from Enterprise Drive and
Lot 3 has all utilities available with access to the property
from Saturn Drive and Lot 2 also has access from Saturn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park.
