THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
Land Division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January 7, 1994, for a
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by
Ruekert and Mielke which was approved through Resolution #P.C.
14-94, and
1994, by Ruekert and Mielke for a land division in the Muskego
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 7,
Business/Industrial Park, and
District and the proposed lots have all utilities available
from Enterprise Drive and Lot 1 has access to the property from
Saturn Drive, Mercury Drive and Enterprise Drive and Lot 2 has
access from Saturn or Enterprise Drive.
WHEREAS, The lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section
16 for City of Muskego and recommend approval to the Common
Council.
