CITY OF MUSKEGO LOCATED IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION FOR TWO LOTS FOR THE
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on January I, 1994, for a
Land Division of two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot
130,685 square feet and a second lot 90,001 square feet, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of
150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots have all utilities available
Saturn Drive, Mercury Drive or Enterprise Drive and Lot 2 has
from Enterprise Drive and Lot 1 has access to the property from
access from Saturn or Enterprise Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 for the City of
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park. 0
