HEISE (AMERICAN COLLEGE APARTMENTS) LOCATED IN THE
SW 1/4 & SE 1/4 OF SECTION 16
1994, by Michael Heise for a two (2) lot land division at W182
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 6,
58450 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 meets the requirements of the proposed RSM
Multiple Family Residence rezoning and Lot 2 meets the
requirements of the RS-2 Suburban Residence Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, Unit densities on the built upon lot are within
those required by the RSM zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 currently has sewer from Janesville Road and
Lot 2 would have sewer from a sanitary sewer easement through
Lot 1, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division has access to Racine
Avenue via an existing 60' wide road reservation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the
College Apartments) and recommend approval to the Common Council
SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of Section 16 for Michael Heise (American
conditions as outlined in the "Sketch Resolution" for this CSM,
subject to approval of the City Engineers, resolution of
and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
