WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by James Hemak from
Great Clips for the placement of one temporary 3' X 15'
"Haircut Sale" Banner on the front of their space and a
temporary 3' x 4' two sided realty sign to be located between
the right-of-way of Janesville Road and the parking lot (not to
obscure the sight lines of traffic) from January 24 through
February 11, 1994, to advertise their major annual sale, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of temporary promotional signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary banner 3' X 15' on the front of their space and a
temporary 3' X 4' two sided realty sign to be located between
the right-of-way of Janesville Road and the parking lot (not to
obscure the sight lines of traffic) from January 24 through
February 11, 1994.
