THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
Land Division for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by
Edward Lanke & JSE Electric which was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 215-93, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on November 22, 1993 fora
1993, by JSE Electric for a land division in the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 23,
WHEREAS, The lot meets the requirements of the 1-1
Industrial Park Zoning District and the proposed lot
configurations provide for access to all available utilities
from Apollo Drive and Mercury Drive.
the Certified Survey Map for two lots in the NE 1/4 of Section
17 for City of Muskego and recommend approval of said CSM to
the Common Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That reconciliation of any technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer shall be
accomplished prior to recording.
