RESOLUTION #P.C. 4-94
WHEREAS, A Sketch for this subdivision was approved through
Resolution #P.C. 05-93 and a Preliminary Plat for 39 lots was
approved through amended Resolution #P.C. 113-93 and the
Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Council through
Resolution #159-93, and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 113-93, and
this Final Plat are located within 1200 feet of a landfill and
thus may be subject to special Department of Natural Resource
regulations pertaining to well drilling in such areas, and
WHEREAS, Portions of the subject parcel to be created by
has responded to the plat with a Conditional Certification of No
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County Park and Planning Commission
Objection, and
WHEREAS, The City Engineers have reviewed the plat and
respond with the identification of three concerns to which
Lakeview Development has been apprised, and
identified an area for future parkland per the Park and Open
Space Plan for the City of Muskeqo: January, 1992.
WHEREAS, The City Parks Department has reviewed the plat and
WHEREAS, The City Building Department has reviewed the plat
and identifies points of concern dealing with wetland
delineation and lot suitablilty, lot square footages and their
calculation, a conflicting street name, street side setbacks,
lift station aesthetics, and maintenance of landscaping
easement, and
WHEREAS, The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District has
approved of the sanitary sewer extension necessary to service
this development, and
Consumer Protection has yet to responded to this Plat.
WHEREAS, The State Department of Agriculture, Trade, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Of the
City of Muskego approve the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
Building and Parks Departments, the City Engineer, the State of
fulfillment of concerns/conditions of the City Planning,
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
Protection, Waukesha County Park and Planning, approval of a
Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or Dedication
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance. Documents, Construction Plans (grading plan) and payment of all
