PCR1994003AMENDED APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF TWO (2) PARCELS IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING RESOLUTION # P.C. 3-94 FOR ROBERT & SANDRA HOORMANN WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 7, Section 10, and 1993, for a two (2) parcel land division in the SE 1/4 of WHEREAS, Parcel This land is presently zoned which requires width of 300 feet and the parcel meets the lot size and width a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and a minimum average requirements of the Zoning District, and Road or the extension of Bay Lane, and WHEREAS, Access to the property is available from Janesville road right-of-way dedication along Janesville Road & the Bay Lane extension, and WHEREAS, The Certified Survey Map does depict a sufficient THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map by Metropolitan Engineering for Robert & Sandra Hoormann located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to the following conditions: 1. Reconciliation of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer. 2. Notation along East property line of Parcel 2 reading "Possible Future Access to Bay Lane Drive Extension on the northern most 100"'. 3.
