IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 10 BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING

FOR ROBERT & SANDRA HOORMANN
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 7,
Section 10, and
1993, for a two (2) parcel land division in the SE 1/4 of
WHEREAS, Parcel This land is presently zoned which requires
width of 300 feet and the parcel meets the lot size and width

the Certified Survey Map by Metropolitan Engineering for Robert
& Sandra Hoormann located in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 and
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to the
following conditions:
1. Reconciliation of technical discrepancies as
identified by the City Engineer.
2. Notation along East property line of Parcel 2
reading "Possible Future Access to Bay Lane Drive
Extension on the northern most 100"'.
3. Payment of all applicable fees as identified
in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
