APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP BY
LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
INTERLINE SURVEY SERVICES, INC. OF THE SCHERBARTH PROPERTY
division was submitted by Interline Survey Services, Inc. of
the Scherbarth Property in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) parcel
Scherbarth Property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, in
land division by Interline Survey Services, Inc. of the
the Town of Norway.
