WHEREAS, Illumination, Inc. has requested one permanent two
WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Janesville Road
would be 60', and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign will be installed 1' south of the
existing sidewalk along Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign as presented by petitioner totals
District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District), and
6.18 square feet which meets the allowance of the B-3 Zoning
WHEREAS, There are discrepancies in the petitioner's submittal
between the sign illustration and the drawing scale.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
permanent non-illuminated double sided sign 1.33' x 4.65' by
Road subject to the requirements of the 8-2 Zoning District, and
Illumination, Inc. for Ameritech located at 575 W17425 Janesville
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the issuance of a sign
permit, an accurate drawing of the sign shall be submitted that
represents agreement between the sign illustration and the drawing
scale, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Prior to the issuance of a sign
permit, a landscape plan shall be submitted for approval
plan shall be implemented by May 1, 1994, and
illustrating the treatment of the base of the sign. Said landscape
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior installation
of the sign.
