RESOLUTION OF THE PLAN COMMISSION TO AMEND AMENDED
RESOLUTION OF THE PLAN COMMISSION TO AMEND THE ADOPTED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 151-93
COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN AND TO AMEND SECTION 17:5.02 (2) A.
1. OF THE ZONING CODE REFERENCING BASE SETBACK LINES
adopted the Comprehensive Land Use Plan through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
161-92, and
WHEREAS, Map eight is the "Recommended Improvements for Year
2010 City of Muskego Arterial Street and Highway System Plan",
and
amend the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the Plan Commission
WHEREAS, From time to time it is necessary to refine and
finds it in the interest of the Citizens of Muskego to amend
said Map eight related to the future Right-of-way widths and
locations of future public streets and highways, and
(Zoning Ordinance) references a Traffic Artery System Plan as
WHEREAS, Chapter 17:5.02 (2) A 1 of the Municipal Code
part of the General Plan for the City related to Base Setback
Lines, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 17:5.02 (2) A. 1. should be amended to
delete the incorporation of said map by reference into the
Zoning Ordinance, and
reference to the Highway Width Map and now referencing the Year WHEREAS, Chapter 8.01(1) should be amended replacing any
2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby amend Map 8 of the Comprehensive
Land Use Plan in the following manner:
1. Correct the angle of Lannon Drive and College Avenue
intersection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission also
recommends to the Common Council that Chapter 17:5.02 (2) A. 1.
of the Municipal Code be amended to replace the reference of
and Highway System Plan, replace the reference of the General
the Traffic Artery System Plan with Year 2010 Arterial Street
Plan with Comprehensive Land Use Plan and to replace the
