SCHWENN, INC. FOR KIDS KAMPUS LOCATED ON ENTERPRISE DRIVE APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY GOHR-
IN THE MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Gohr-Schwenn Inc. submitted, on December 10, 1993,
a Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction Of a
5,640 square foot building in the Muskego/Business Industrial
Park to be located on Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego approved
Resolution #260-93, Approval of Load Fund Pre-Application for
Kids Kampus South, Inc. on December 8, 1993, and
plan, building elevations, landscape and lighting plan,and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans include the site plan, floor
proposed signage but did not include a site grading plan, and
WHEREAS, The outside play ground area is not located on the
plans, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from
Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The submitted building elevation plans do not meet
the requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park. 0

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
subject to submittal to and approval of the following items by
the Plan Commission:
1. Site Plan illustrating outside play areas and potential
play apparatus.
2. Landscape plan detailing the treatment of the
