PCR19932280 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION 228-93 BY MICHAEL A. HAESSLY FOR ST. FRANCIS BANK LOCATED AT 574 W17100 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Michael A. Haessly submitted, on December 9, 1993, an amended Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow a 27' canopy extension to be added to the existing building located on Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The extension of said canopy will result in the at replacement or remediation proposed by St. Francis Bank, and substantial loss of trees and shrubs with no meaningful attempt Road (easement across Parkland Mall entrance) and Lannon Drive, WHEREAS, Access to the property is provided from Janesville and WHEREAS, Mitigative measure should be undertaken by St. Francis Bank to condense ingress and egress on Lannon Drive thereby decreasing the potential for traffic conflict while enhance public and customer safety. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended Building, Site, and Operation plan subject to the TYME machine. submittal of meaningful landscape plan and proposed signage for reviewed and approved by the Public Safety Committee: BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the following items must be 1. Submittal and approval of a traffic study outlining current and projected peak hour/peak day traffic levels through the drive up windows as well as average service times per vehicle, and vehicle destinations once leaving the drive-up facility (north or south on Lannon Dr.). 2. Submittal of revised site plan depicting closure of current drive-through exit and re-direction of traffic to common access drive.
