1993, a Building, Site, and Operation plan to allow construction
WHEREAS, Madison Scale Company submitted, on December 2,
of a 11' x 90' above ground scale to be located at W143 S6400
College Court, and
50' setback required in the 1-1 Zoning District, and
WHEREAS, The submitted plans do not provide the necessary
extension of College Court, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property will be provided from the
office building, has not been paved per the approved site plan
dated October 17, 1989.
WHEREAS, Paving of the northern parking lot, north of the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan by Madison Scale Co. for
BFI Waste Management Inc. subject to the following:
1. Secure a variance for the scale structure as it is
proposed to be located in the building setback area of
College Court.
2. Paving of the north parking lot, north of the office
building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (Dated received
December 2, 1993) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
