VERNON & SHIRLEY KIRCHNER LOCATED IN THE
APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a tWO (2) parcel land
division was submitted for Vernon & Shirely Kirchner in the
SE 1/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) parcel
land division by Vernon & Shirley Kirchner located in the SE
1/4 of Section 4, in the Town of Norway.
