APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY 4' X 8' SIGNS FOR THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for the placement of
two 4' x 8' temporary plywood signs to advertise the City of
Muskego's Recycling Policy. One is to be located at the City
Hall on Racine Avenue and the second is to be located at the
Pick 'N Save along Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The signs are to be installed in conformance with
the signage setbacks, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year for
temporary on-site signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
Hall along Racine Avenue and at the Muskego Pick 'N Save on
two 4' X 8' temporary signs to be located at the Muskego City
Janesville Road, at a location yet to be determined, and that
the proposed signs be in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the
City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary signs shall be a Section 17:6.09 (12) C. and that the sign shall be designed and
allowed for a period not to exceed one (1) year as specified in

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to
be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the sign.
