WHEREAS, Contour Tool & Stamping, representing Lloyd Ham,

Operation plan to allow for the installation of a dock level
submitted, on November 24, 1993, an amended Building, Site, and

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on August 6, 1976, adopted a

and amended that Building, Site and Operation plan through

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
