APPROVAL OF A 42' X 72' POLE SHED FOR DAVID ROBIDOUX
RESOLUTION #P.C. 218-93
LOCATED AT S74 W13999 WOODS ROAD
on November 24, 1993 by David Robidoux to construct a 42' X 72'
pole shed at the residence located at 574 W13999 Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural appearance shall
be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area,
and
WHEREAS, The location of the pole shed will meet the setbacks
WHEREAS, The pole shed is intended to be used for lawn movers,
ATV's (four wheelers), utility trailers, Pickup truck, car
(classic), snowmobile, snowblower, canoe, and bicycles and the Plan
Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second
garage structures (pole shed).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
second garage structure (pole shed), not to exceed 3,024 square
feet, for David Robidoux with the conditions that; (1) No
commercial activities are to be conducted in and from this
building. (2) The architectural appearance shall be compatible with
the applicant's residence and surrounding area. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
prior to construction of the building.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be
required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a height variance will be
over 15'.
